12-Month Health Coaching Program 

 

Program Overview:

This year-long health coaching program is designed to provide comprehensive, sustainable guidance for anyone looking to achieve lasting health and wellness transformation. Over 12 months, you will receive personalized coaching to help you build a solid foundation, create lifelong healthy habits, and reach your goals in nutrition, fitness, mindset, and overall well-being. Each session is tailored to meet you where you are and evolves as you grow, ensuring continuous progress and long-term results.

 

What You Will Receive:

1. Registration Package:

      •   A T-shirt to motivate you as you begin your journey.

      •   A Fitness Journal to document your progress, set goals, and reflect on your experiences.

2. Biweekly Virtual Coaching Sessions:

      •   Week 1 (60 minutes, initial session):

         •   Comprehensive assessment of your current health, lifestyle, and goals.

         •   Creation of a personalized 12-month plan focused on nutrition, fitness, mindset, and lifestyle changes.

      •   Weeks 3-50 (40 minutes each):

         •   Regular biweekly coaching sessions that evolve based on your progress and needs, including:

            •   Mindset & Motivation: Focus on overcoming challenges, setting goals, and maintaining long-term motivation.

            •   Nutrition Coaching: Periodic updates to your meal planning, nutritional strategies, and education to align with changing goals.

            •   Fitness Plans: Evolving fitness routines that adapt to your progress, ensuring variety, progression, and enjoyment.

            •   Lifestyle Coaching: Strategies for building resilience, improving sleep, managing stress, and creating a holistic approach to well-being.

3. Resources Provided:

      •   Customized Meal Plans & Recipes: Updated regularly based on your progress and preferences, with new recipes, tips, and nutritional advice.

      •   Exercise Routines & Progress Tracking: Regularly updated based on your physical progress and goals, with adjustments for variety and increased challenge.

      •   Mindset and Wellness Tools: Ongoing access to journaling prompts, mindfulness exercises, mental health tools, and personal development resources.

      •   Monthly Challenges & Themes: Focused on different areas each month, such as hydration, sleep, strength building, or stress management.

4. Ongoing Support:

      •   Email and text support between sessions for quick check-ins, questions, or advice.

      •   Access to a private community (optional) for extra motivation, support, and resource sharing with others on a similar journey.

5. Progress Tracking:

      •   Weekly Check-ins via Fitness Journal: Track key metrics such as exercise, nutrition, mood, and mindset.

      •   Monthly Reviews: Every month, we’ll assess your progress and make any necessary adjustments to ensure you’re on track to meet your long-term goals.

6. Milestone Reviews and Adjustments:

      •   Every 3 Months: Quarterly reviews to assess progress in detail, adjust goals, and ensure your program evolves as you do.

         •   Deep dive into specific milestones—whether it’s body composition, fitness level, stress management, or mindset.

         •   Redesign or adjust your plan to ensure it remains aligned with your life and goals.

7. Mid-Program Intensive:

      •   Month 6 (Midway Point):

         •   A focused session to review the first 6 months in depth.

         •   Re-evaluate your progress, strengths, and areas that need more attention.

         •   Fine-tune your plan for the second half of the program, ensuring continuous momentum and long-term success.

8. End of Program Review:

      •   Week 52 (Final 40-minute session):

         •   A comprehensive reflection of your entire 12-month journey, celebrating your growth and progress.

         •   Creation of a sustainable, post-program plan to ensure you maintain and continue to build on your success.

         •   Guidance for ongoing self-coaching and continued personal development beyond the program.

 

Total Program Duration: 12 months (52 weeks)

Session Frequency: Every 2 weeks (biweekly)

 

By the end of the 12 months, you will:

   •   Have established lasting, healthy habits that are fully integrated into your lifestyle.

   •   Achieved significant progress in nutrition, fitness, and mental health, with tangible results in areas such as weight loss, muscle gain, stress reduction, or improved energy.

   •   Built resilience, confidence, and self-reliance, with the tools and strategies to continue thriving independently.

   •   Gained a deep understanding of what works for you and how to sustain a balanced, healthy life moving forward.

One Time Payment: $4,800

Monthly Payments: $425 per month for 12 months
