3 Month Premium Plan

3-Month Health Coaching Program 

 

Program Overview:

This 12-week program is designed to guide you toward your health and wellness goals through personalized coaching, support, and resources. You will meet virtually every two weeks for coaching sessions that focus on mindset, nutrition, fitness, and overall well-being. Each session will last 40 minutes, with the first session being 60 minutes to dive deeper into your goals and set up a personalized plan.

 

What You Will Receive:

1. Registration Package

      •   A branded T-shirt to kickstart your health journey.

      •   A Fitness Journal to track your progress, thoughts, and achievements.

2. Biweekly Virtual Coaching Sessions:

      •   Week 1 (60 minutes): Initial consultation to assess your current health status, lifestyle, and goals. You will also create a personalized plan to address your unique needs.

      •   Weeks 3-11 (40 minutes each): Ongoing coaching sessions to review progress, adjust goals, and stay accountable. Each session will cover:

         •   Mindset & Motivation: Overcoming barriers and staying focused.

         •   Nutrition Guidance: Strategies for balanced eating and managing cravings.

         •   Fitness Plans: Exercises that fit your needs and can be adjusted as you progress.

         •   Lifestyle Coaching: Tips for stress management, sleep improvement, and healthy habits.

3. Resources Provided:

      •   Custom Meal Plans & Recipes (as needed): Tailored to your dietary preferences and goals.

      •   Exercise Plans (if applicable): Home-based or gym-based routines to support your fitness journey.

      •   Guided Challenges to help keep you engaged and motivated (e.g., hydration, step count, etc.).

4. Ongoing Support:

      •   Email and text support for questions between sessions.

      •   Access to a private group or platform for additional resources and community support (optional).

5. Progress Tracking:

      •   Weekly check-ins using your Fitness Journal to monitor your nutrition, fitness, and mental health.

      •   Adjustments made to your plan based on progress.

6. End of Program Review:

      •   Week 12: Final 40-minute session to assess your overall progress, celebrate achievements, and create a sustainable post-program plan to maintain your momentum.

 

Total Program Duration: 12 weeks

Session Frequency: Every 2 weeks (biweekly)

 

By the end of the 12 weeks, you will have gained the tools, knowledge, and mindset to continue your health journey with confidence.

 

One Time Payment: $1200 

Monthly Payment: $500 per month for 3 Months (Total: $1500)
