Service Description

The initial coaching consultation (30 minutes) is where we discuss your unique situation, determine how I can help you reach your wellness goals, and where you learn how I work with clients, and It free.

What You Will Receive:

1. Registration Package:

      •   A T-shirt to inspire your health journey.

      •   A Fitness Journal to track your workouts, nutrition, goals, and reflections.

2. Biweekly Virtual Coaching Sessions:

      •   Weeks 1-2 (60 minutes, initial session):

         •   Deep dive into your current health habits, challenges, and goals.

         •   Creation of a personalized plan to guide you through the next 6 months.

      •   Weeks 3-24 (40 minutes each):

         •   Biweekly coaching sessions that evolve as your goals and progress shift, including:

            •   Mindset & Motivation: Establishing sustainable habits and overcoming setbacks.

            •   Nutrition Guidance: Ongoing support for meal planning, eating for energy, and addressing cravings.

            •   Fitness Coaching: Regular updates to your fitness plan, incorporating new exercises and intensity levels as you progress.

            •   Lifestyle Coaching: Stress management, improving sleep, fostering resilience, and building self-care routines.

3. Resources Provided:

      •   Customized Meal Plans & Recipes: Periodically updated to reflect your changing needs and preferences.

      •   Exercise Routines & Progress Tracking: Plans tailored to your fitness level, with progression built in as you improve.

      •   Mindset and Wellness Tools: Journaling prompts, mindfulness exercises, and mental health strategies.

      •   Specialized Challenges designed to keep you engaged, such as 30-day nutrition or fitness challenges, mindfulness practices, and stress-reduction tasks.

4. Ongoing Support:

      •   Email and text support between sessions for questions or challenges.

      •   Access to a private community group (optional) to connect with others on a similar journey and share resources, successes, and encouragement.

5. Progress Tracking:

      •   Weekly Check-ins via Fitness Journal: Track nutrition, fitness, mood, and mindset progress.

      •   Monthly Review: At the end of each month, we’ll assess your progress in a more detailed session and adjust your plan for the next month.

6. Milestone Reviews and Adjustments:

      •   Every 3 Months: In-depth review of your goals, progress, and achievements.

         •   Adjust your personalized plan to ensure continuous improvement.

         •   Focus on celebrating wins and addressing any obstacles holding you back.

7. End of Program Review:

      •   Week 24 (Final Session): A comprehensive review of the entire program.

         •   Reflect on the transformation you’ve made over 6 months.

         •   Develop a sustainable long-term plan to maintain your progress and continue moving toward your health goals.

 

Total Program Duration: 6 months (24 weeks)

Session Frequency: Every 2 weeks (biweekly)

 

By the end of the 6 months, you’ll have:

   •   Developed lasting healthy habits in nutrition, fitness, and mindset.

   •   Achieved sustainable, long-term results with a personalized plan tailored to your needs.

   •   Built the tools to continue progressing independently after the program ends.

 

This program is designed to give you the ongoing support, accountability, and knowledge you need to create lasting change and unlock your full potential.

Monthly Payments: $450 per month
